     Lillian Hulette WATTS was born on 3 October 1883 in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, daughter of George Weaver WATTS and Adelia Reed.1 Lillian Hulette WATTS also went by the name of Lillie. She became sick with a high fever at an early age and almost died. The fever caused brain damage.
