George Frederick Knapp, ? child of George and Dinah Knapp (nee Noakes), was born c1865 near Greytown.

Ellen Gooding, sixth child of Jacob and Sarah Gooding (nee Burling), was born c1867 near Greytown.

George, aged 28, and Ellen, aged 26, married on 12 April 1893 at the Registrar's Office in Featherston. George's occupation was as a sheep farmer.

George passed away on 9 March 1963, aged 98, near Masterton. Ellen passed away on 29 November 1950, aged 83, near Masterton.
