Walter Gooding

My Great Granduncle - On My Mother's Side

Walter Edward Gooding, fifteenth child of Jacob and Sarah Gooding (nee Burling), was born c1883 near Greytown.

During World War I, Walter served as Private 32274 with the Auckland Regiment NZEF.

Walter passed away on 29 March 1919, aged 36, at Greytown Hospital following a car accident.
