Those who appeared were James Alsager Ollier of No. 3 Devonshire Street, Chorlton upon Medlock in the Parish of Manchester in the County of Lancashire, Gentlemen, Ralph Alsager Ollier, Gentleman & John Gould, Gentleman, both of Manchester aforesaid.
They appeared on the 6th day of March 1833.
James Alsager Ollier declares that he was brother to Thomas Ollier the deceased who died a bachelor without parents.
James Alexander Ollier, Ralph Alsager Ollier & John Gould all signed the document.
There is an attatched hand written document which reads thus:
[Start] - The sixth Day of March 1833
James Alsager Ollier within named took the usual oath of an administrator in common form, and also made oath that the personal estate and effects of the Intestate within the Diocese of Chester, were under the value of two hundred pounds before me Will Mars [..?..] Surrogate. [signed]
The intestate died the fifteenth day of June 1832

Thomas was the grandson of Joseph Ollier, Attorney at Law of Northwich & the son of Thomas Ollier, Surgeon of Manchester.
