The Will of Jane Ann Mary Sharpe of Stockwell, Surrey (Dated 1848)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Jane Ann Mary Sharpe of Stockwell in the County of Surrey Widow I direct that all my debts funeral and testamentery expenses be paid and [...?...] by my executrix and executors hereinafter named as soon as convieniently may be after my decease I give devise and bequeath to my dear daughter Emma Sarah Sharpe all and every my houshold furniture linen and wearing apparel books plate pictures china horses carts and carraiges and also and every [...?...] and sums of money which may be found in my house or be about my person or due to me at the time of my decease and also all my stocks funds and securities for money book debts money or bonds bills notes or other securities and all and every other my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal wether in possession or reversion remainder or expectanry unto my said daughter Emma Sarah Sharpe to and for her own use and benefit absolutely and I nominate constitute and appoint the said Emma Sarah Sharpe and my sons in law George Aylwin of the Loughborough Road Brixton and John Ansted of the Clapham Road Stockwell in the County of Surrey aforesaid to be executrix and executors of this my will and hereby revoking all former or other wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last will and Testament in witness whereof I the said Jane Ann Mary Sharpe have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand the twenty ninth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight Jane Ann Mary Sharpe [signed] Signed by the testatrix Jane Ann Mary Sharpe and acknowledged by her to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time and subscribed by us in the presence of the said testatrix and of each other Raymond Willshire Surveyor of Brixton Place [signed] Emma Maud Willshire [signed]
Proved at London 21st November 1849 before the worshipful Frederick Thomas Pratt Doctor of Laws and surrogate by the oath of Emma Sarah Sharpe spinster the daughter one of the executors to whom administration was granted having first been sworn duly to administer Power reserved of making the like grant to George Aylwin and John Ansted the other executors when they shall apply for the same.
Jane Ann Mary Sharpe was the wife of Daniel Sharpe who was born in 1768 at Holborn, Middlesex. Jane's maiden name was Steer. George Aylwin was married to their daughter Maria Ann Sharpe & John Ansted was married to one of their other daughters Jane Ann Mary Sharpe.
