The Will of George Ollier a Salt Boiler of Whitton (Dated 1807)

This is the last Will and Testament of me George Ollier of Witton in the County of Chester Salt Boiler being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding first I will that all my just debts, funeral expenses and the charge of proving this my will be paid and discharged then subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate of what nature or description soever or wheresoever situated unto my dear wife Sarah to hold to her her heirs executors administrators and assigns And I do hereby appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at anytime or times heretofore made and do declare this to be my last will and testament In witness whereof I the said George Ollier have to this my last will hereunto set and put my hand and seal this eighteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven.
