George Benton (The son of George (Charles) Benton) Witness in The 1822 Trial

These five documents clearly show that this is the same George Benton that married Rhoda, the first two are of a trial in 1807, and confirms that he was a Pawn Broker (as mentoned in the will of Alice Ollyer who died in 1811) They also confirm his shop address as 244 High Holborn, the same address that is given in his last will and testament which was written in 1833. Also note that in the first image is the mention of a Nathaniel Chandler it is possible that Rhoda was his daughter ? George & Rhoda Benton's son James was baptised as James Nathaniel Benton.

This document confirms by the address given, that Edward was the son of of George (Charles) Benton the Pawn Broker, Edward is mentioned in his farthers will of 1833.
