The Will of Charles Percivall a Yeoman of Gt. Budworth Cheshire (Dated 1806)

This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Percivall of Great Budworth in the County of Chester Yeoman first I will that all my just debts funeral expenses and the charge of proving this my will be paid I give and bequeath to Ellen Worral daughter of William Worrall of Great Budworth aforesaid Joiner the sum of two hundred pounds then I give and bequeath to the said William Worrall the sum of forty pounds, then I give to Frances the wife of the said William Worrall the sum of thirty pounds, then I give and bequeath to Martha the wife of John Barker of Great Budworth aforesaid Drover the sum of forty pounds then I give and bequeath all my household goods plate linen and furniture to the said Ellen Worrall and as to the residue and remainder of such personal estate as I shall die entiteled to or possesed of I give and bequeath the same unto the said Ellen Worrall William Worrall and Frances Worrall divided equally share and share alike and I do declare it to be my will that in case my personal estate shall be insufficient to pay the legacies within by me bequeathed [...?...] proportion to the amount thereof [...?...] and except that [...?...] [...?...] goods shall not be liable to pay debts and legacies And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint John Barker of Witton Northwich in the said County of Chester Gentleman and Samuel Little [?] of Great Budworth aforesaid [...?...] executors of this my will hereby revoking all former and other wills by me at any time or times therefore made and so declare this to be my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I the said Charles Percivall have to this my last will set and put my hand and seal this twenty seventh day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six. This will was proved at Chester in common form of law on the third day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven by John Barker and Samuel Little [?] the executors therein named, the right of every person being saved and time allowed to exhibit an inventory William Nicholl Sur. [signed]
This will was proved at London the nineteenth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six before the right honorable Sir William Wynne surrogate doctor of laws, master, keeper and commisary of the Prerogotive Court of Canterbury lawfuly [...?...] on the oaths of John Barker and Samuel Little [?] the executors named in the said will to whom administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased now granted having been first sworn by commission duly to administer.

Note: This is the Charles Percivall that is buried in the same grave as Charles Ollier, Malster of Gt. Budworth, Cheshire,who died in 1777, the surname of Worrall both hear, and in Charles Ollier's will of 1777 confirms this.
