Charles Ollyers Will
Dated 27th June 1776
Names mentioned in the will of Charles Ollier are shown below:
Bequests to nephew Charles Percival, neice Hannah Worrall, the wife of John Worral, also to Martha the daughter of Hannah & John.
Mary, widow of Thomas Hoole, also to John Hoole the son of Thomas & Mary of Weaverham "my silver watch". Thomas Hoole as far as can be ascertained was the son of John Hoole & Elizabeth Ollier, Elizabeth Ollier being Charles Ollyer's sister. Thomas Hoole appears to have several descendants that originate from the Weaverham and Onstone areas.
Nephew William Ollier of Sandbach, nephew Joseph Ollier Attorney of Northwich, neice Mary the wife of George Holland.
Note: Charles Ollyer (Ollier) & his Wife Ann (Nee Fisher) & Charles Percival were buried in the same grave at Gt Budworth Parish Church, Cheshire. in 1777, 1774 & 1806 respectively. From the will of Charles Percival dated 1806 it can seen that the surname of Worrall is mentioned although not Hannah Worrall there is still probably a connection. Charles was mentioned in the will of his brother Richard, the Brewer of Holborn, London "I give to my brother Charles Ollyer my silver watch made by Freeman of Grays Inn"
It has not been ascertained yet who Hannah Worral was even though she was Charles Ollyer's niece. She could be Thomas Hoole's sister, we know that he had a sister called Hannah, or she could be descended from another of Charles Ollyer's sibblings, or of his wife Ann (Nee Fisher)
