Sister M.T. (Maria Ann Tarling)
Mrs. W Sharpe. (Catherine, Wife of William Troutbeck Sharpe)
Son Mr W. Collier.
Son Daniel.
Middleton (servant ?)
Capt. Bathurst. (Capt. Walter Bathurst ?)
Note: nearly all the names in this will tie up with the names in the will of Alice Ollyer Spinster of Fovant. The initial of "D.S" is clearly that of Alice Ollyer Collier's brother Daniel Sharpe and those of "M.T" must be those of Maria (Ann) Tarling, Alice Ollyer Collier's sister. Mrs Bracher being Elizabeth Bracher her other sister, as for the name of "Middleton" due to the lack of a prefix or first name, he would appear to be the servant! It is also clear that Alice Ollyer Collier died intestate as the will in its original form was never witnessed or signed and the document was not discovered anyway until much later after her death.
Note: Alice Ollyer, Maria Ann & Elizabeth all had the maiden name of Sharpe, their parents being William Sharpe & Sarah Troutbeck, Sarah Troutbeck was the daughter of William & Mary Troutbeck, Mary Troutbeck (nee Ollyer) was Alice Ollyer's sister. It is also interesting to note that the will was written shortly after the death of Alice Ollyer Collier's farther.
