Word was received here by Mrs. J. W. Simmons, Sr., of the death of her nephew, Lieutenant Robert B. Morgan, 28, of the United States Navy, which resulted from an automobile accident in the Canal Zone of August 28. The accident is believed to have been near Cocasolo, where Lieutenant Morgan was stationed. Details of the tragedy were not received here. Lieut. Morgan's body with a Naval escort will be sent to Floyd Courthouse for burial. He was a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and a son of the late R.B. Morgan and Mrs. Katherine Morgan of Floyd Courthouse.
