John Pleasants, surviving partner of his son John Pleasants, Jr., deceased, of Henrico County, to Thomas Morgan of Cumberland for thirty pounds, held as a result of a mortgage made by William Davis, late of Cumberland, for 50 acres adjoining lands of Charles Woodson and Henry Macon.
