OLIVER ROBERTS "POP" HARPER, 87, Winter Park, died Wednesday, March 24. Mr. Harper was a two-way radio technician. He was born in Riverdale, Maryland. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Red Cross in Korea during the Korean War. Survivors: daughters, Olivia Hudson, Sanford, Kandi Harper, DeBary, Cindi Harrison, Apopka; son, Charles, Walhalla, S.C.; brothers, Richard M., Seneca, S.C., Wilson F., St. Augustine; sister, Betty Jane Barton, California; seven grandchildren.

MARTHA H. ROGERS, 77, Ormond Beach, died Monday, March 29. Mrs. Rogers was a homemaker. Born in Winchester, Kentucky, she moved to Central Florida in 1969. Survivors: son, Paul C., Nashville, Tenn.; daughters, Lynne R. Birdsall, Boynton Beach, Sharon A., Atlanta, Ga., Cynthia F., Apopka, Nancy R., Orange City, Pamela R. WILEY JASPER FULKS, 64, Apopka, died Monday, March 29. Mr. Fulks was a truck driver. Born in Trigg County, Kentucky, he moved to Central Florida in 1955. He attended True Temple of God, Apopka. Survivors: wife, Charlotte; son, Wiley David, Tifton, Ga.; daughters, Tammy D. Nanny, Murray, Ky., Karen Faye Gunter, Apopka; brothers, Lester, Richard, Darrel, all of Kentucky, Douglas Wetzel, Illinois; sister, Marida Sue Collins, Kentucky; 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.

ORA BELLE BARFIELD, 100, Apopka, died Friday, March 26. Mrs. Barfield was a seamstress. She was Baptist. Survivors: granddaughter, Linda Sharp; great-granddaughter, Connie Oster; great-great-grandson Christopher Loy. Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home, Orlando.

PAUL LAWRENCE DALY, 44, Sorrento, died Saturday, March 27. Mr. Daly was a plumber. Born in Waterbury, Connecticut, he moved to Central Florida in 1986. He was Christian. VERA DRUMMOND ELROD WICKER, 91, Apopka, died Monday, March 29. Mrs. Wicker was a former bookkeeper at John's Nursery, Apopka, and sales agent with Forrest Greene Real Estate, Longwood. She was a resident of Apopka for over 80 years. She was Presbyterian. Survivors: daughter, Carol E.
