OLIVER ROBERTS "POP" HARPER, 87, Winter Park, died Wednesday, March 24. Mr. Harper was a two-way radio technician. He was born in Riverdale, Maryland. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Red Cross in Korea during the Korean War. MARTHA H. ROGERS, 77, Ormond Beach, died Monday, March 29. Mrs. Rogers was a homemaker. Born in Winchester, Kentucky, she moved to Central Florida in 1969. WILEY JASPER FULKS, 64, Apopka, died Monday, March 29. Mr. Fulks was a truck driver. Born in Trigg County, Kentucky, he moved to Central Florida in 1955. He attended True Temple of God, Apopka.
