LEONA RAGIN, 65, Orlando, died Monday, December 22. Mrs. Ragin was a homemaker. Born in Labelle, Pennsylvania, she moved to Central Florida in 1964. She was Baptist. EDDIE CULWELL, 69, Apopka, died Monday, December 22. Mr. Culwell was a maintenance man in the horticulture industry. Born in Johnson County, Kentucky, he moved to Central Florida in 1972. ALTON DREAYER, 86, Apopka, died Monday, December 22. Mr. Dreayer was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and moved to Central Florida in 1948. He was a charter member of Temple Israel and the Jewis War Veterans. DAVID CARL CRAFT, SR., 65, Orlando, died Friday, December 26. Mr. Craft was retired as fleet division manager for the city of Altamonte Springs. Born in Widen, West Virginia, he moved to Central Florida in 1960.
