To wit John McKinney the sum of $165.00- to Jane who inter married with John Strain the sum of $165.00 to Elizabeth who inter married with John Duncan the sum of $165.00 to Culpunay who inter married with Samuel Duncan the sum of $165.00 to Martha who inter married with Thomas Brim the sum of $165.00 to Joseph McKinney the sum of $165.00 to Mary who inter married with Perry Shockley the sum of $165.00. 2nd I wish that the rest of my Children that are yet living with me receive each the same benefit as they marry or become of age to wit. Thomas H. Benton McKinney the sum of $165.00 to Nancy Jane McKinney the sum of $165.00 to Caty Susan McKinney the sum of $165.00 to Robert McKinney the sum of $165.00 to Henry McKinney the sum of $165.00 and to James McKinney the sum of $165.00 and lastly as to all the rest, residue and remainder of my personal and real estate after payment of all my just debts. I give and bequeath the same to my said beloved wife, Elizabeth McKinney to have and enjoy the same during her natural life.
