| [fowlvill.ged] <center><b>Iva Robinson Rites Tuesday</b></center> Pawnee resident Iva Della Robinson died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1988, in Oklahoma City. She was 91. Funeral services will take place Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. in the Pawnee First Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. J.L. VanWinkle and Dr. Tom Owens. Interment will follow at the IOOF Cemetery in Meramac under the direction of the Poteet Funeral Home of Pawnee. Born in Boxley, Arkansas, on March 5, 1896, Mrs. Robinson was the daughter of David and Nancy Villines Fowler. On March 18, 1915, she married Keller Robinson in Brooken, Oklahoma. She moved to Pawnee in 1927, where she was a member of the Lone Chimney Free Will Baptist Church. She is survived by a brother, W.R. Fowler, of Fort Worth and 11 children, including six sons, Arthur and Wilbur of Pawnee; D.B. of Cushing; Owen of Tecumseh; Fred of Drumright; and Carney of Oklahoma City; and five daughters, Loretta VanDusen, Hazel Lasher, Lee Baker, and Dora Stewart of Oklahoma City; and Wilma Payne of Mt. Pleasant, Texas. Also surviving are 48 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. |
