[fowlvill.ged] <center><B>BETTY JO GRIDER</B></center> Funeral services for Betty Jo Grider, former Hallett resident, were at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, August 9, 1988, at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Checotah, with the Rev. Lewis Johnson officiating. Internment was in the Melette Cemetery near Eufaula, Oklahoma. Mrs. Grider was 62 years of age. She was born April 28, 1926, the daughter of Bob and Rachel Fowler, at Melette. She was a retired Med-Aide. Survivors include her husband, A.L. Grider, of the home; two sons, Allen Loyd Grider of Glenpool, Oklahoma and David Richard Grider of Sedonia, Arizona; two daughters, Dorothy Leona Farsaci of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Pamela Sue Pate of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Other survivors include three brothers, Buster Fowler of Perkins, Oklahoma, Harold Fowler of Bakersfield, California and Gene Fowler of Fort Worth, Texas and one sister, Leona Revard also of Fort Worth. <I>Cleveland American</I> - August 15, 1988
