| LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF MARY TOWNSEND (Saxon) In the name of the benevolent Father of all. I, Mary Towsend of Blackford County and State of Indiana being of lawful age and sound mind and in view of the uncertainty of life, do hereby make and publish this my last will and testament. Item 1st. I hereby give and bequeath to my two daughters (equally divided) Elizabeth Leffler and Mary Foy all my household goods and furniture of which may be possessed at my death. Item 2nd I hereby give and bequeath to my two sons Ja. S. Townsend and Alvah Townsend all my other personal property of which I may be possessed at my death. To be equally divided between them. Item 3d I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved son James S. Townsend my executor of this my last will and testament.
