Born Oct. 11, 1927, in Paris, she was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include one son, Terry Fields of the home; one daughter, Mrs. Ginger Cartwright, Fullerton, Calif.; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fay Donaldson, Springdale; one brother, Richard White, Riverside, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Patty Bllard, Dallas, Texas; her maternal grandmother, Mrs. Lillie Freeman, Springdale; and three grandchildren. The late Mrs. Fields will be returned to Springdale for services and arrangements will be announced by Sisco.
