| [fowlvill.ged] <I>The Morning News of Northwest Arkansas</I> Saturday, June 18, 1994 James Fielding James Millard Fielding, 65, of the Gravette-Hiwassw area, died Friday, June 17, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born July 19, 1928, at Rogers to James virgil Fielding and Lassie Leota Fields Fielding. He was a jeweler and a watchmaker. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War. He moved to the Gravette-Hiwasse area in 1965 from Downey, Calif. He was a member of the Hiwasse American Legion Post 17. Survivors are his wife, Betty Jane Fielding; a son, James Millard Fielding, Jr. of Bentonville; a daughter, Kimberly Annette Fielding of Gravette; two brothers, Minter Leroy Fielding of Rogers and William Carroll Fielding of Springdale; four sisters, Virginia May Colville of Gravette and Dena Irene Tipton, Wilma Leotas Obenshain and Joyce Eleine Whitney, all of Rogers; seven grandchildren. Funeral is set for 2 p.m. Monday at Callison-Lough Funeral Home in Gravette with Keoth Sangwin officiating. Burial is to be in Rogers Cemetery under direction of Callison-Lough Funeral Home. Visitation is set for 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. |
