Stoke on Trent Staffordshire England








This is the town that mum was born. It is a potteries town, as you can see they call it six towns one city. The six towns make up Stoke on Trent.
The names of the towns are, Tunstall, Burslem, Hanley, Stoke, Fenton, Longton. The Hoskins, Mayer, Cope and Rutter familys, lived mainly in the Hanley area.

This map above is not really what I wanted but it will do until I get a better street map. It shows some of the main streets of Stoke on Trent.
32 Keelings Rd is where mum was born and lived until she came out to NZ. Other streets where the Hoskins clan lived in Hanley are, 44 Wellington St, 7 Southhampton St.
The Mayers lived at, 34 Bucknell New Rd, 86 Market St, 10 Brown or Broom St, 2 North Rd.
The Copes lived at 65 High St, 71 High St, 37 Bow St, 15 Albert Place, 10 Bucknell New Rd, 64 Bucknell Street.
They all lived not far from each other all working for the potteries.
