||        She sold this land to Jonathan Deas/Peas (sp.?) 10-Apr-1811 as a deed was issued on that date witnessed by ___ Robinson.

[MO1] Stone with Cornelius Ohaver name, no dates but comment that he was first person buried here. Richard Hill was an early settler in this area and a Revolutionary War Veteren. See ftp://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/wv/pocahontas/cemetery/cem-richardhill.txt for details.
NOTE: I have assumed that this Cornelius is the oldest son of Christopher Ohaver because he is found near him in 1778 "Oaths of fidelity" but owns no land. He also doesn't own land in Hampshire Co.,VA where Christopher does own land. His first record of land ownership is in Bath Co., VA. I suspect that if Cornelius were a younger borther he would have some earlier land holdings. It is possible that Cornelius was Christopher's son by his first wife and subsequent children were by a second wife although no documentation of that has been found.
