WILLIAM WILSON was born Apr 03, 1748 in PA or Scotland, and died Apr 04, 1821 in Falls of Rough, KY. He married unknown CUMMINS 1790, daughter of MOSES CUMMINS and WINNIFRED LATTIMORE. She was born 1752, and died Apr 04, 1821.

JOSEPH PUMPHREY WILSON was born Dec 12, 1877 in Falls of Rough, Grayson Co. KY., and died Oct 28, 1968. He married DELILAH JANE BLANTON, daughter of Pascal Green Blanton, Jr. and BITHA SANDERS. She was born Aug 07, 1880 in Ohio Co. KY, and died Apr 19, 1964 in Davies Co. KY.  Both are buried at Pleasant Grove Cemetery Ohio Co. KY. 

This is the dam and mill at Falls of Rough, my great grandfather Paschal Green Blanton helped with the stone for the dam in the 1870's. The mill was owned and operated by the Green family and was a part of a farming and timber complex that employed about 100 people.  My grandfather Wilson used to raft logs downriver while working for them They would go down the Rough River to the Green River and then on to The Ohio River.  In the 1890's sawed lumber was loaded onto the logs for the trip downriver.  Falls of Rough had a railroad spur in the late 1800's.
