Lee,5 Elijah Samuel,4 James Madison,3 Elijah Jr,2 Elijah
2 This is Lillian Spires' line.7 Her parents were Minnie Gravitt
Adkins6 and Joseph Adkins. Minnie was the daughter of
Lagoaner H Grawitt5) (Mary Elizabeth Creed Gravitt,4 James
Madison,3 Elijah Jr,2 Elijah Sr1.)
3 This is Ina Creed Beck's line. Her father was James Washington
Creed, son of Wilkerson Creed. Wilkerson Creed was known as
"Uncle Wick (Wik)" to all those who knew him. Their residence
was Molino MO in Monroe Co MO.
4 Eliza Creed Camplin was alive and living in Clinton City MO at the
time of my grandfather Elijah Samuel Creed's death in 1912. He
was her nephew. Little is known of this family.

PG 1, WOODFORD CO KY, COURTHOUSE AT VERSAILLES KY:Know all men by these presents that we Elijah Creed and Joshua Bowdry are held and firmly bound unto his Exellency Christopher Greenup, Esq. governor of Kentucky and his succesors In the sum of L50 current money of the state of Kentucky for the payment whereof well and truly be made we bind ourselves our heirs and jointly and severly firmly by these presents sealed and dated this 12th day of August 1806.
The condition of the above obligation is such That whereas a marriage is shortly intended to be had between the above bound Elijah Creed and Elizabeth Beasley.
If therefore there be no lawful cause to obstruct the same then this obligation to be void else to remain in full force.

Know all men by these presents that we Elijah Creed and Mary Creed both of the county of Woodford and State of Virginia have for Sundrey good causes and weighty consideration denominate constitute Ordain and Appoint and by these presents Denominate Constitute and Appoint our friend William Strother of the same county and State our true and lawful Attorney, to ask, demand, levy, recover and Receive for we and in our name and to our use behalf of John Terrell and William Terrell Executors of Robert Terrell deceased of Orange county all money or monies that are due to us from said Terrell's estate to which the said Executors are due to us by the Will of the said Terrell deceased and by these presents granting to our said Attorney our sole and full power and Authority in the premisses to sue arrest lmplead for us and in our name in any Court Speritual or Temporal and upon the receipt of the said money or any part to give a legal equitance for us and in our name and to appoint one or more attornies under him and at his pleasure to Revoke the same, and further to Execute perform and furnish for us and in our name all and Singular thing or things which shall or may be necessary, touching, and consearning the premises as fully thoroughly and intirely as we the said Elijah Creed and Mary Creed in our own persons might or could do in or abough the same sattyfying confirming and allowing whatever our said attorney shall do or cause to be done In the premises by the presents.
