Amanda Odilla Matthies (Daughter of Peter Matthies and Sophia Haegele ) was born November 10, 1902 in Red Lake Falls, Red Lk Co, Minnesota ^185, and died August 30, 1993 in Clinton Twp, Macomb Co, Michigan ⁹⁰.  She married (1) Fred Emil ‘Dufty’ Boersch December 01, 1922 in Red Lake Falls, Red Lk. Co, Minnesota ¹⁹⁴, (Son of Albert Boersch and Asterick Peterson).  He was born March 24, 1897 in Minneapolis, Hennepin Co, Minnesota, and died May 23, 1947 in Pontiac, Oakland Co, Michigan ^{54, 103}.  She married (2) Larry Ivonen August 13, 1948 in Mt. Clemens, Macomb Co, Michigan ¹⁷⁰, (Son of Paul Ivonen and Ida Mettine).  He was born 1915 in Victoria, Ontonagon Co, Michigan.   They divorced in 1961 ²¹.

Misc Information:   1)   Fred Emil Boersch's was raised by a guardian when his mother died in 1901 and his father vanished.  After he entered the army he started using the name Fred Emil Dufty, and 1942 he legally changed his name to Dufty.
                             2)  Marriage and death documents of unrelated Mathies'.
