Carl/Charles Gomoll (Son of Karl Gomoll and Henrietta Benz) was born Feburary 1862in Minnesota, and died August 16, 1939 in Wadena Co, Minnesota . He married Sophia Hagele (Daughter of Heinrich Haegele and Maria Zitlo) January 1, 1890 in Forestville, Door Co, Wisconsin. She was March 21, 1867 in Newton Twp, Manitowac Co, Wisconsin, and died April 15, 1931 in Thief River Falls, Pennington Co, Minnesota.

They divorced about 1900. Then Carl remarried a woman with the first name of Leona.
