Cemetery Inscriptions from
ROSEDALE GERMAN CEMETERY
Bascom Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15212
(Ross Township / Allegheny County)

Rosedale German Cemetery is located on Bascom Avenue (near Bellevue), and is best visited when ice patches are not a possibility. There are some very tall pines that block the driveway from sunlight throughout the day. The driveway itself leads straight up a steep hill, is only partially paved, and contains a scattering of potholes. The caretaker hopes to have these repaired shortly. In the meantime, use of caution is advised.

A publication by Sharon Kreynek, Vol. 7, "Allegheny County, Pennsylvania Cemeteries", for this cemetery, has been printed and may still be available for purchase. Please contact Clossen Press for further details.

Unless otherwise noted, this listing was compiled and contributed, May, 2000, by
