William HOGAN, 37, colored, died on Saturday, March 7, 1931, in the Torrance State hospital near Blairsville of an affection of the brain. He had been in the institution but five days. He is survived by his wife, who resides in North street, near the borough line. Services were held Tuesday afternoon in the Rogers funeral chapel in Barr street, conducted by the Rev. Mr. NORRIS, a colored minister of Pittsburgh. Burial was in the Robinson's Run cemetery. ---- (Source: March 13, 1931 Obits.
