Mrs. Flora CASE MCELHANY of Fannie street, McDonald, died Sunday, January
15, 1961, in the Mercy hospital, Pittsburgh.
A daughter of John and Elizabeth COTTLE CASE, Mrs. MCELHANY was born
September15, 1887, in McDonald, where she had resided all her life. She was
the wife of the late John S. MCELHANY. She was a member of the First
Presbyterian church, McDonald; and the Auxiliary to Ernest Phillips Post.
No. 485, American Legion, McDonald.
She leaves two daughters, Mrs. John MCVICKER of McDonald, and Mrs. Arthur
LOUTZENHISER of Lorain, Ohio; and a son, Curtis MCELHANY of Bridgeville.
There are seven grandchildren. A son, Clifford, died in 1931.
Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon in the Pettit funeral home,
McDonald, in charge of the Rev. Edward R. DELAIR, pastor of the First
Presbyterian Church, McDonald. Burial was in Robinson's Run cemetery.
