Mrs. Mary Anna ESCHMAN, 71, wife of Joseph ESCHMAN, died Sunday morning at 8 o'clock at her home, 260 First SW, Warren, Oh., death following an 8 weeks illness of complications.
Mrs. ESCHMAN was born in Germany, but came to America 67 years ago, living at Pittsburgh, and 41 years ago she came to Warren to make her home. She was married 51 years ago to Mr. ESCHMAN and last year the family held a golden wedding celebration for their parents. She was the daughter of John and Mary Krause Schadlhauer. (Schaedelbauer)
During her entire life in Warren Mrs. ESCHMAN was a faithful member of St. Mary's parish and of the Altar and Rosary and Christian Mothers society. She was also an active member of Trumbull Review of the Woman's Benefit Associate, now being the immediate past president of that lodge. She was a good neighbor and enjoyed a large circle of friends.
Surviving are her husband, three daughters, Mrs. Laura DAUGHERTY BARDY, of Leavittsburg; Mrs. Marie SHELLENBERGER, of East Cleveland and Miss Pauline ESCHMAN, at home; two sons, Leo and Charles of Warren; nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o'clock, in St. Mary's church, and burial will be made in St. Mary's cemetery.
The body is at the Gillen Funeral Home where friends may call at any time. Members of the Altar and Rosary Society will meet tonight at 8:15 at the funeral home to recite the rosary.
