RIFFLE--On Tuesday, December 15, 1908, at 4:30 p.m., IDA MARY RIFFLE (nee
Lacher), beloved wife of E.J. Riffle, in her 40th year.
Funeral on Friday, December 18, at 9:30 a. m., from her late residence, 3648
California avenue, North Side, Pittsburgh, Pa.  Requiem mass at St. Francis
Xavier's R. C. church.  California avenue, North Side, at 10 a. m.  Friends
of the family are respectfully invited to attend.

Mrs. Edward J. Riffle
Mrs. Ida M. Riffle, aged 40, wife of Edward J. Riffle, a well-known brewer
of Pittsburgh, died at 4:30 o'clock yesterday afternoon at her home, 3648
California avenue, North Side, after a long illness.  She was born on the
North Side, and lived there practically all her life.  Mrs. Riffle was a
member of St. Francis Xavier's Catholic church.  Surviving her are her
husband, three daughters, Misses Adele, Ruth and Edythe Riffle; her mother,
two sisters and three brothers, all of Pittsburgh.  Funeral services will be
conducted at 10 o'clock Friday morning at St. Francis Xavier's church.
