Ned S. Palmer

Ned S. Palmer, 64, of Homosassa, Fla., died Tuesday (Jan 1, 1980) in Seven
Rivers Community Hospital, Crystal River, Fla., following an apparent heart
seizure. Born April 22, 1915, in Wilkinsburg, he was a son of Ralph J.
and Marie Wilkins Palmer. He moved to Florida 18 months ago from Cheswick,
Allegheny County, and was retired from Duquesne Light Co., Pittsburgh,
where he was a coordinator.  Mr. Palmer was a Mason. He was a member of
Cheswick Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ruth Kifer Palmer; a son, Ned, of Allentown;
two daughters: Marjorie Holtman of Largo, Fla., and Mrs. Nancy Harned of
Sarver, and five grandchildren.

Services were held today at 1 pm in the Richard F Wilder Funeral Home,
Homosassa Springs, Fla., by the Rev. John Jenkins, retired pastor of
Cheswick Presbyterian Church. Burial followed in Fountain Memorial.
