Our friend William, in his long service at a typo, in our office, has often astounded us with his wise ???? and Solomonic wisdom; and having long since come to believe that he is a personal, as well as patronymic, descendant of the worthy old gentleman who won to such a degree on the Queen of Sheba’s admiration, we were prepared to expect a very sensible act from him, at any time, and so are not astonished at all at his getting married.
We offer him, and his fair bride, our sincere congratulation; and hope that, as year after year of connubial happiness shall pass away, she may have to say of William, as the Queen said of his illustrious family founder, “the half had not been told ????”
