Eustace B. Nichols, 54
years old, died at 7 o'clock Tuesday morning at his
home, 909 North Navidad Street. Mr.
Nichols was a native of Blanco County, a carpenter by occupation and
had been a resident of San Antonio for 15 years.
He
is survived *by his mother,
Mrs. James Nichols; a
daughter, Mrs. Mae Schmitt; four brothers, Dan, San Antonio; William,
Rock Springs; Joe, Throckmorton, and Sebe of Mason; also by two
sisters, Mrs. Allie Kelley, Buda, and Mrs. Annie McDaniel, Kerrville.
MMr.

NOTE: It is
believed that the listing of his mother being alive is incorrect. His
mother had died in 1893. His wife was apparently accidently omitted
and mother listed in the obit instead of her.
