Use your "BACK ARROW" to return to the Robert Bryson page ROBERT BRYSON WILL 1897 ------ transcribed by: Billie Nichols Bennett 09-03-2005 wb-6-36 TSLA Roll #27 BRYSON, Robert To Last Will & Testament I, Robert Bryson of the County of Cannon and State of Tennessee, do hereby make and publish this my last Will & Testament herby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me heretofore at any time made. 1st - It is my Will that my funeral Expenses and all my first debts be paid as soon after my death as practical out of any monies that I may die Seized or possed of or that may first come into the hands of my Executor. 2nd - It is my Will and I do bequeath to my beloved daughter Manda Ann Greer my entire interest consisting of one half of the tract of land on which I now live lying in the 14th Civil District of County & State afore said containing about one hundred and ninty acres more or less. Bounded north by J.C. Leech & Jno. Peton, South by Dogger Leach & Jim Bryson, East by J.C. Leach & R.B. Brandon, and West by J.C. Diggin. The other half interest in said described tract of land I deeded to J.H. Dickins on a compromise of a lawsuit between us. 3rd - It is my Will and I so desire that any and all other property that I may die seized or posessed or posesseeie of to be equally divided between the balance of my Children then living or to the children of any that may be dead. 4th - I hereby nominate and appoint J.J. When the Court was pleased to admit the same to be probated as the Last Will & Testament of Robert Bryson decd. and ordered the same to be recorded and filed in the office of the Clk. of this Court.
