Unlike the Bennet and Rice families, the Blain/e family has some available information. Between having the first church in Fields Corner, Lorain Co., OH in their home and donating land for a permanent Church of the Brethren and land for the Fields Corner cemetery they were well known and respected. Wilson and Hannah Blain have had much written about them. Doing a Google search on their name will lead to many biographies. They had eight children. Hannah Van Hatten Blaine
