Mrs. Annie Starling Wood, 60, of Selma died in Johnston Memorial Hospital Sunday morning.
Surviving are her husband, Danus Wood; five brothers, Henry Starling of Selma, Fred Starling of Newport News, Va., Charlie Starling of Micro, Millard Starling of Raleigh, and Fad Starling of High Point.
A funeral service was conducted at Brink's Chapel Free Will Baptist Church Monday afternoon at 3:30 with the Rev. Willie Renfrow, assisted by the Rev. Billie Murray, officiating. Interment followed in the Crocker cemetery.
