


Obituary published in the Goldsboro News-Argus Sunday, July 25, 1965:
Clarence O. (Lanny) Crow, 15, died Friday night at Wayne Memorial Hospital following an appendix operation. He lived at 2036 Azalea Drive, Goldsboro. He was a 10th grade student at Goldsboro High School.
He was a member of Goldsboro Friends Church.
Funeral services will be at the Friends Church at 4 p.m. Sunday. Interment will be in Wayne Memorial Park. The Rev. Willie Frye will officiate.
Survivors are the mother and stepfather, Mrs. Gertrude Crow Lewis and Billy H. Lewis, one brother Calvin Gywnn Crow of the home, a sister, Deborah Carol Crow of the home, paternal grandparents the Rev. and Mrs. R. O. Crow of Galax, Va.

Lanny Crow is buried at Wayne Memorial Park which is located south of Goldsboro, NC, near the intersection of NC Highway 13 and 117:
