Know all men by these presents, that we, John Creech and Polly Creech his wife, of Johnston County, State aforesaid, for divers good causes and consideratons thereunto moving, and more particularly for Ten Dollars received of C.C. Dail, have remised, released and forever quitclaimed, and by these presents do, for ourselves and our heirs, executors and administrators, justly and absolutely remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said C.C. Dail and to his heirs an assigns forever, all such right, title and interest as we, the said Josuah Creech and Polly H. Creech his wife, have or ought to have in or to all that piece, parcel, tract or lot of land in Selma Township, Johnston County, State of North Carolina, and described as follows:

Beginning at a stake on Mill Swamp & runs S. 65 E. 251/2 poles to a stake on Big Path, Garner's corner; thence with said Garner's line S 21/2 W 921/2 poles to a stake on the Noble Road, Pace's corner; thence S 87 W. 108 poles to a stake, Paces' and Pittman's corner; thence N. 3 E. 841/2 poles to a maple in Mill Swamp, Pittman's corner; thence up the run of said swamp to the beginning, containing 693/4 acres, more or less, and being the same land conveyed to Josuah Creech by J.H. Parker, Mortgagee, by deed dated Aug. 19, 1891 & recorded in Book Z # 5 page 499, Registry of Johnston, & mortagaged by said Josuah Creech to H.H. Parker on same date which mortgage is recorded in Book Z # 5 page 500, Registry of Johnston.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above released premises unto him, C.C. Dail & his heirs and assigns, to his and their only proper use and behoof forever; so that neither we, nor either of us, nor any other person in ourname and behalf, shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right or title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and every of them shall, by these presents, be excluded and forever barred.

In witness whereof, We have hereunto set our hands and affixed our several seals, this 19th day of April, A.D. 1920.
