She married (1) Daniel Boone Curtis 05 Jul 1883 in Gordon County, Georgia4. He was born 28 Nov 1839 in Cass (later Gordon) County, Georgia, and died 30 Jun 1906 in Curtis, Eastland County, Texas5. He was the son of William Curtis and Martha "Patsy" Boon. She married (2) Francis R. Brown6 1909 in Eastland County, Texas. He was born ca. 1858 in North Carolina7, and died Btn. 1920 - 1929 in Eastland Co., Texas.

Lucinda F. Hardin first appears on the 1860 census in Caroll County, Georgia, in the home of her parents Nimrod and Arnettis Hardin. 
She is 2 years old.
By 1870 the family has moved to Gordon County, Georgia. She is found listed as " Frances" 11 year old daughter of Nimrod Harden
 and wife Arnetta.
In 1880 Lucinda F. her age is given as 19 years of age. Her mother "Arnetta Harden" is widowed and the head of her family.
Lucinda married Daniel Boone Curtis on 05 Jul 1883 in Gordon Co., Georgia. He was very recently widowed (for the second time), 
and had several young motherless children to raise. He lived in Eastland Co., Texas and had traveled back to Georgia for the marriage.
In 1900 she is listed as "Frances" Wife of Daniel Curtis.  
She is widowed in 1906 and by 1910 has remarried. She is listed on the 1910 as "Frankie" Wife of Francis R. Brown.
On the 1920 census she is listed as "Brown, Lucinda F" head of the family, married, but no husband is listed. She is renting out some of her home to another family.
On the 1930 census she was living with her daughter Belle, Belle's husband Herman "Smitty", and their children. She is going by the name "Lou F. Brown"
On her death certificate in 1939 her name is given as Lucinda F. Brown. Her daughter Josephine M. Brawley is the informant and clearly does not know the name of Lucinda's parents. She gives her father's name as "Nathan Hardin", and it was actually "Nimrod Hardin". She does not know the name of Lucinda's mother.
