Fannett Twp, consideration $101.00 quit claim to Robert Elder
and William Elder both sons of Robert Elder deceased of Fannett
Twp.
all right and title to that messuage and tract of land in Fannett
Township being 130 acres, being the property of Robert Elder
deceased and the plantation on which the said Robert Elder and
William Elder now lives and which they hold under right of their
father, Robert Elder, deceased.
