    The undersigned having been appointed jointly by the court of probate for the town of Hopkinton set off the dower land and to make distribution of the reas estate of which Azariah Slocum, late of said Hopkinton.
    Deborah Slocum, the widow of said Azariah Slocum, but now the wife of Richard Slocum, 1/3 part containing, 32 acres and 30/100 acres together with the house and barn thereon standing south of the road, said land being bounded southerly partly by Ebenezer Slocum's lot and partly by Ethan Foster's land, easterly by Dr. George Perry's land, northerly partly by the dower land of Sophia Slocum, widow, and partly by highway, westerly partly by Lucy Slocum's lot and partly by Azariah Slocum's lot, having meets and bound duly set up and for a more perticular description of which we refer to the foregoing plot.
    The remaining 2/3 we have divided and distributed by the lot to the children of said deceased in equal shares and in the maner as exhibited on the plot, which each person's name and quanity of land therein written which portions of land are duly located by bounds erected on the premises, that is to say -
     To Azariah Slocum the lot #3, containing 3 and 89/100 acres bounded easterly and northerly on the Dower Land, westerly partly on Lucy Slocum's lot, partly on Samuel Slocum's lot and partly on Nancy Maine's lot.
