    Amos S. is buried in the family cemetery in Laurel Glen. This cemetery is erroneously named Lewis #22 because two Lewises are buried there. The cemetery is located on land that has been owned by the Main family from 1740 until 1944. The stone states his date of death as Dec. 7, 1851, age 53 years. Polly is probably buried there too; most of the stones are field stones without names on them.
