Thence S 79 E by Benedick Eccleston's land 80 rods to a heap of stones by Joseph Eccleston's land, it being Joseph Ecclestone's northwest corner, thence south by Joseph Eccleston's land to a wo bush with stones about it abutting Winlock Eccleston's land which is Joseph Eccleston's southwest corner, thence westerly by Winlock Eccleston land to a heap of stones by the above said bound, which is Winlock's northwest corner, thence by the road to the first mentioned bound, and containing by estimation 39 acres, more or less.
