Ichabod Eccleston of Stonington for 8 pounds to son Ichabod Eccleston, Jr., of same town, dated Apr. 12, 1766, Vol. 8, page 143, quit-claim to one certain tract of land lying in the North Society of said Stonington containing about 6 acres -- Beginning at a black oak staddle marked on 4 sides with stones about it, thence running southerly about 50 rods to a chestnut marked on two sides with stones about it; thence southeasterly about 40 rods to a stake and stones about it by the road; thence northeasterly about 15 rods by the road to said Ichabod Eccleston, Jr., own land; thence northwest about 80 rods to the first mentioned bound. Ichabod Eccleston, Jr., to Ichabod Eccleston for 80 pounds dated Apr. 12, 1766, Vol. 8, page 143, quit-claim one certain tract of land containing about 10 acres in said Stonington -- Beginning at a white oak bush, thence running S 9 E by lands belonging to Stephen Billings; thence running north westerly by Ichabod Eccleston's land to the road; thence northeasterly, bounded by said road, to the bound first mentioned, with a small peice of land lying from a huckleberry bush that is the northwest corner of Ichabod Eccleston's land thence running about 30 rods to a black oak staddle marked on four sides, bounded by land belonging to the heirs of John Baldwin, deceased, with all the land to the southwest of that line. Ebenezer Reynolds of Stonington for 50 pounds to Ichabod Eccleston, Jr., dated Mar. 22, 1780, Vol. 10, page 81, one certain tract of land lying in Stonington containing about 20 acres -- beginning at a heap of stones in the middle of the highway in the line of land belonging to Charles Phelps of Stonington aforesaid; thence S 38 W 80 rods to a heap of stones standing 7 rods and 12 links S 68 E from a flat rock marked EC and EB and is a corner of Charles Philps land; thence N 38 E 95 rods to a heap of stones in the middle of the highway aforesaid, thence eastward 39 rods and 9 links to the first mentioned bound.

No. 1 -- Beginning at a black oak tree, a corner of a lot of land belonging to Charles Phelps, Esq., thence S 6 W 110 rods to a stake, thence S 52 W 30 rods to a walnut bush marked; thence N 8.5 W 144 rods to the first bound.
No. 2 -- Bounded on the northwest by the highway that leads northerly from Cassaduck to Preston, on the southwest by the above described land and the E and NE by said Eccleston's own land. With a dwelling house on the last named lot. Witnessed by William Denison and Polly Denison.

Edward Thurston of Stonington to Ichabod Ecclestone, Jr., dated Sept. 24, 1790, for 75 pounds 35.75 acres -- beginning at a chestnut pole in a corner of a stonewall fence; thence running N 33 E 82 rods by the land of Ichabod Ecclestone, Jr., to a stake and stones about it; thence running N 53 W about 69 rods to a burch stake stnading by the edge of the saw mill brook; thence southwardly by said brook to a stake standing in said brook with stones about it which is a corner of said Eccleston's land; thence S 53 E 23 rods to a wot; thence S 72.5 E 34 rods to the first mentioned bound. David Eccleston of Stonington for $900 paid by Ichabod Eccleston, 2nd., dated Feb. 2, 1797, Vol. 13, page 387, 39 acres, more or less -- Beginning at a heap of stones at the southwest corner of Benedick Eccleston's land by the road that leads from Stonington Long Point to Plainfield. Thence S 79 E by Benedick Eccleston's land 80 rods to a heap of stones by Joseph Eccleston's land, it being Joseph Ecclestone's northwest corner, thence south by Joseph Eccleston's land to a wo bush with stones about it abutting Winlock Eccleston's land which is Joseph Eccleston's southwest corner, thence westerly by Winlock Eccleston land to a heap of stones by the above said bound, which is Winlock's northwest corner, thence by the road to the first mentioned bound, and containing by estimation 39 acres, more or less. David-4 Eccleston of Norwich, Senango Co., New York, for 208 pounds, to Ichabod-4 Eccleston of Stonington and Samuel Parke of Groton dated Nov. 5, 1800, Vol. 11, page 142, 2 certain tracts of land -- one lying in Stonington, both lots containing by estimate 60 acres and contains all the land I the said David had by a deed of quit-claim from Ichaobd-3 Eccleston, 2nd, deceased, bearing date Feb. 2, 1797, and said two lots of land is bound and described in a deed that I, and said David, gave to the daid Ichabod, 2nd. now deceased, bearing date Feb. 2, 1797 on Stonington Records.

Ichabod Eccleston to John Baldwin dated Nov. 26, 1903, Vol. 15, page 55, 4 acres -- Beginning at the southwest corner of Nathaniel Main land by the brook in Saw Mill Pond, thence easterly about 20 rods to the highwater mark, thence by said highwater mark southerly about 60 rods til it strikes the brook between said Eccleston and Baldwin land at highwater mark, thence down streem by the middle of the brook to the first mentioned bound, abutting northerly on Nathaniel Main, easterly on said Eccleston, and westerly on John Baldwin and her heirs of Ziba Baldwin.
