Also the East half of the NW quarter of Section 36, Township 44 North, Range 4 East (80 acres). All subject to a mortgage given to Myron K. Avery for $3000.00.

On 30 Mar 1881, he purchased several parcels of land in Bonus, Boone Co., IL from Fletcher D. and Mary A. Hyde for $5000.00, parts of Section 25, Township 44 North, Range 4 East.

On 1 Dec 1882, he and Margaret sold to Frank A. Tanner for $5,500.00 the parcel of land purchased on 30 Mar 1881, from Fletcher and Mary Hyde for $5000.00.
