R. Park, said point west of the house on the premises; thence southerly to a large stone with an iron pin driven in to it at the end of an old wall; thence still southerly and easterly with said wall to end thereof; thence easterly to the corner of a wall which is the southwest corner of a pasture lot belonging to said premises; thence still easterly of a pasture lot belonging to said premises; thence still easterly with the wall at the south end of said pasture to a point in the wall adjoining the large mowing lot south of the dwelling house which point is at the southeast corner of said pasture lot and near two large sassafras trees, thence southerly, easterly, and northerly by and with the wall as it now stands to said highway, thence easterly with daid highway to lands of Curtis Eccleston and wife, thence north and west by said Eccleston land and lands of William A. Rathbun, thence still westerly with said Rathubns land to the highway, thence southerly with said highway to land of Daniel E. Gray; thence easterly and southerly with said Gray land to lands of B. Stone and land of Emma R. Gray, east by the State Highway, South by lands of Wilfred P. Albro and F. Mason Partelo and West by the Highway, containing about 6.5 acres more or less, also, tract of alnd situated in the northwest part of said town of North Stonington containing about 55 acres, more or less, bounded north by lands formerly of Samuel Browning, east by lands of Agnes Ross and Andrews Hawson, South by lands of the estate of Julis Charmatz, deceased and on the west by daid Charmatz lands, had been distributed, as the only heir-at-law to Irving C. Eccleston of the town of North Stonington in the State of Conn., Charles A. Palmer

A certain tract ir oarcel of land with a dwelling house and other buildings and improvements thereon standing containing about six and one-half acres, more or less -- bounded on the north by land of George H. Stone and land of Emma R. Gray, on the east by the state highway leading from North Stonington Village to Westerly, RI, on the south by land of Wilfred P. Albro and land of F. Mason Partelo, and on the west by the highway. These premises come to me, the said grantor, from the estate of my mother, Louisa B. Eccleston, deceased, and are recorded in a certificate of distriburion recorded in North Stonington, Book 21, page 403.
