    His descendants say that he served in the Revolutionary war from Conn. He undoubtedly served in Col. Sherburne's regiment from March, 1777, to July 1779. (Conn. Men in the Rev'n, p. 255.)

Frederick married Charity DAVIS, daughter of Isaac DAVIS. Charity was born in Lee, Massachusetts. She died about 1835 in Rochester, New York.
