How to contact us:
If you have visited our pages before you will have already read the following paragraphs.  We make no apology for repeating it because is worthwhile reminding everyone about the dangers of exposing one's email address on the web.

Email Addresses and Spammers!
You will be aware of the annoying (to say the least) problem of unsolicited mails, known as spam, arriving in your mailbox from addresses you have never heard of.  You may also be aware that 'harvester' programs specifically written to automatically acquire email addresses from web sites, are a favourite tool of spammers and email address 'providers'.  Recent research concluded that over 80% of the addresses spammers use are obtained in this way. 

To prevent our addresses being harvested from our websites, as far as is possible at present, it is necessary to give them to you in the following form: 

To contact:
                      Brian: mail to brianfs underscore 33 at fastmail dot fm
                     
                     Norman: mail to normansarsfield at yahoo dot co dot uk 

Simply note down the relevant address as above, or copy and paste into the 'To' line on your New Message window in your email program.  Replace the words 'dot' with a full stop, 'at' with the @ symbol, 'underscore' with the correct symbol usually located to the left of the + on the keyboard, and delete any spaces left in the address. Then send your message in the normal manner.   

We apologise for the inconvenience but trust you will appreciate the reason for using the above format.
