Age 89, passed away Saturday, December 18, 2005 after a short illness. Born May 9, 1916, in Paris, Texas. Resident of Sun City, California for 18 years. Steve is survived by wife Mildred; daughters, Carolyn Livengood of Sun City and Debra Stephenson of Tustin; grandchildren, Steven Long, Desiree Roach and Matthew Brunette; and five great-grandsons. Steve was a 50-year life member of Plumbers and Pipefitting Industry Local #250; 51-year member of the Elks Lodge, 19 years at Lodge #2591. Graveside services will be held at Rose Hills in Whittier on Friday, December 23, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. Published in the Press-Enterprise on 12/22/2005.
