James William BASS born 1818 Indiana son of Etheldred T. BASS and Catherine PANCAKE. We would dearly love to identify parents of Etheldred who was in Knox Co., Indiana as early as 1807 with Matthew and Drury BASS. Dred and Catharine married 20 Sep 1797 in Bullitt Co. KY. Mathew returned to Bullitt Co. KY by 1810 where he remained until his death.
